Bancroft

Expert design support for a life-changing organization

Bancroft is a premier nonprofit provider of specialized services and supports for people with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, brain injuries and neurological conditions, specializing in serving those with severe autism, intensive behaviors, and co-occurring medical conditions.

The Client

The Bancroft marketing and development teams needed consistent, professional creative work but did not have an internal design team member. Without a fully developed brand and brand guidelines, there was a visual disconnect between departments and an inconsistent look across the organization’s materials. Our mission was to refine the existing brand, establish a cohesive look across all materials, and provide ongoing design support as both teams executed future campaigns.

The Challenge

Creative direction
Brand guidelines
Print and digital collateral
Ongoing design support

The Deliverables

We expanded upon the existing brand by creating additional logo variations, refining the color palette, and developing detailed brand guidelines. This allowed both teams to create a consistent, on-brand look across all channels. We continued to provide ongoing creative direction and design support enabling both teams to efficiently produce elevated creative work.

The Outcome

Tess Tebaldi | Senior Director of Development

“Our communications and collateral are much more dynamic, engaging, and professional. There’s cohesiveness across departments ensuring that the materials are on-brand across the organization.”
